Patients are expected to arrive and check in by the time of their scheduled appointment. If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, we will do everything possible to see you, but please note that any other patients who arrived on time will be given first priority. As such, you may be required to wait longer than usual before being seen. If the provider you were scheduled to see is not able to work you in due to a full schedule, you may be given the opportunity to see a different provider. Patients who are excessively or repeatedly late for appointments will be asked to re-schedule. If you anticipate that you will be arriving late for an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. traffic, car trouble, etc) we ask that you please give us a call to notify us so that we can start working on accommodations. At Raleigh Family Practice we strive for limited waiting times and prompt service. However, this is only achievable if we are able to stay on schedule.
